My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were clean and basic, lacking any special touches, the compact double bed was a bit of a letdown. The key cards were also hit and miss. On the plus side, the location was superb for visiting attractions like the V & A museum and the Royal Albert Hall. However, the morning noise from doors opening and closing was a downside.
